& Build’ Contractors and Consultants providing full turnkey cooling
system solutions.
The Company was formed in 2000 by a group of ‘Retrofit’ Specialist
Engineers, who set up a similar operation for York International UK in 1989.
Since 2000 the ‘Retrofit’ Team have been responsible for the
design and installation of over £5m worth of HVAC associated systems,
in a variety of applications.
Main
geographical area of operation is the UK & Ireland however consultancy
services are provided for clients in Europe, USA and the Middle East.All work is carried out in a professional manner, by highly qualified engineers, in compliance with prevailing CDM and Health and Safety regulations. We aim to produce the highest quality work, at the most competitive price, without cutting corners.
